Super Star Car Wash is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead daily operations, customer experience, and team performance at our Tucson-area locations. As Manager-on-Duty, you will steer staffing, safety, and service execution while developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift execution including staffing, safety, and service standards.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty and resolve guest and team issues.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions and operational readiness.
• Coach and develop team members and ensure training compliance.
• Uphold safety and brand standards.
• Rotate through leadership focus areas: People, Sales, Operations.
