The position is for a Shift Manager at an independent franchisee‑owned McDonald’s restaurant. The franchisee is the employer; McDonald’s USA is not involved in employment matters.

Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.

Shift Managers perform tasks including: planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help them prepare. They may also be responsible for meeting targets during shifts and helping their assigned departments meet goals.

Qualifications
