Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service and cleanliness.

Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning each shift, monitoring performance, enforcing McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare for a successful shift. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and for helping departments meet their goals.

Qualifications
