Pay range: $19.75-$25.50 an hour for certified managers.

Requirements

Managers lead shifts every week; a Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure a fast, accurate, friendly experience. The role involves planning, monitoring performance, maintaining safety and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. You must be 18 years or older.
