Steak ’n Shake in Hendersonville, TN is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with energy, confidence, and accountability. You will set the tone for the shift—motivate and coach team members for success, deliver fast, friendly service, and ensure brand standards for cleanliness and food safety while handling opening and closing duties.

This role requires reliability, strong communication, flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays, and a proven commitment to guest

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• U.S. work authorization is required.
• Proven reliability and professionalism are essential.
