Steak ’n Shake Foltz Dr Florence is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach the team, and deliver fast, friendly, accurate service. You will ensure openings/closings run smoothly while upholding brand standards for cleanliness and food safety.

• Ensure all brand standards are met - cleanliness, food safety, and quality.
• Handle opening and closing duties, including key-holder responsibilities.
• Count drawers, manage deposits, and finalize end-of-day reports.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and team members.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect.
• Step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly
