0256 St. Peters FA is seeking a dynamic Shift Manager to lead daily operations and inspire the team at Steak ‘n Shake in St. Peters, Missouri. The Shift Manager will ensure exceptional service, mentor staff, and uphold brand standards for cleanliness and quality.

The ideal candidate is a professional with strong communication skills and experience in a supervisory role. This position offers flexible scheduling and a pay rate of up to $16 per hour, along with meal discounts and paid training.

What You Will Do:

• Lead daily restaurant operations with energy, confidence, and accountability
• Ensure strong openings and closings by setting up the team for success
• Set the tone for the shift—motivate and coach team members for success
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service that exceeds guest expectations
• Ensure all brand standards are met - cleanliness, food safety, and quality
• Handle opening and closing duties, including key-holder responsibilities
• Count drawers, manage deposits, and finalize end-of-day reports
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and team members
• Support training and onboarding of new team members
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect
• Step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly
