Steak ’n Shake is hiring a Shift Manager in Arlington, TX. The role leads daily restaurant operations with energy, sets the shift tone, and coaches team members to deliver fast, friendly service while upholding brand standards like cleanliness and food safety.

• Count drawers, manage deposits, and finalize end-of-day reports.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and team members.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect.
• Step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
