Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service for each customer. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift, ensuring high standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.

Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including:

• Planning and monitoring each shift
• Ensuring team meets McDonald's standards for performance, safety, security and profitability
• Communicating with the next Shift Manager to hand over shift details
• Meeting targets during shifts and helping departments achieve their goals

As a Shift Manager, You May Be Responsible For

Qualifications
