Pay Rates Starting At

• Maryland: $16.50 per hour
• Montgomery County: $16.65 per hour
• District of Columbia: $19.00 per hour

Requirements

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality service and cleanliness. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet standards, monitoring safety and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them. Managers may also be responsible for meeting departmental targets.
