Job summary

Bojangles is hiring a Shift Manager to lead daily operations in our fast-paced restaurant. You will supervise a team, ensure high-quality food, guest satisfaction, and smooth service during shifts. The role focuses on managing people, costs, and operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Join a growing brand known for its Southern-inspired menu and great training. This position follows a Monday–Friday schedule with weekend shifts to support guest demand and store performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Restaurant Management in QSR industry w/ recent relevant experience managing a team, and familiarity with managing a P&L, Food Cost, and Labor Cost.
• Breakfast and drive through experience is a plus, especially if you look to bonus off of your speed.
• Must love to work in a team environment
• Must bring energy and enthusiasm to each shift
• You enjoy making every customer smile
• You understand your success depends on the success of others

Requirements:
