Job summary

Bojangles in Charlotte, NC is seeking a dynamicShift Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced QSR environment. This role focuses on delivering great guest experiences, supervising a team, and upholding food quality and safety standards.

• Experience with Restaurant Management in QSR industry w/ recent relevant experience managing a team, and familiarity with managing a P&L, Food Cost, and Labor Cost.
