Job summary

Bojangles in Windy Hill Beach, SC is hiring a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, greet guests, and ensure high‑quality food and service. If you are energetic, outgoing, and passionate about customer satisfaction, you’ll fit right in.

The role involves managing shifts, coordinating team members, controlling Labor, Food Cost, and P&L considerations, and upholding safety and cleanliness standards. Prior QSR management and a positive attitude are preferred; college diploma not required.

• Experience with Restaurant Management in QSR industry w/ recent relevant experience managing a team, and familiarity with managing a P&L, Food Cost, and Labor.
• Breakfast and drive through experience is a plus, especially if you look to bonus off of your speed.
