Job summary

Bojangles in Concord, North Carolina is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to lead daily operations, supervise a restaurant crew, and ensure excellent guest service. You will drive performance, motivate staff, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate brings management experience in QSR, a strong work ethic, and the energy to inspire a team while delivering high-quality meals to every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience with Restaurant Management in QSR industry w/ recent relevant experience managing a team, and familiarity with managing a P&L, Food Cost, and Labor Cost.
• Breakfast and drive through experience is a plus, especially if you look to bonus off of your speed.
• Must love to work in a team environment.
• Must bring energy and enthusiasm to each shift.
• You enjoy making every customer smile.
• You understand your success depends on the success of others.
