Job summary

SONIC in Vidalia, Louisiana is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager to support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily operations. You’ll help ensure fast, friendly service, safe food handling, and a clean dining room, while guiding a team through peak hours and busy shifts.

You’ll assist with hiring, training, and developing team members, while promoting a positive, collaborative work environment that sparks moments of delightful possibility for our customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably, you have six months or more of restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members to spark moments of delightful possibility for customers.
