Job summary

SONIC in Edmond, OK is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to assist with daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, hiring, training, and developing team members to deliver a consistently delightful guest experience. You’ll help the General Manager and Assistant GM run smooth shifts while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably, you have six months or more of restaurant experience.

• Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members to spark moments of delightful possibility for customers.
• Provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner to ensure guests have an enjoyable experience.
