Job summary

SONIC Drive-In in Tahlequah, OK is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to support daily restaurant operations and leadership of the team. You will help ensure fast, friendly service and safe food handling while assisting the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.

You will participate in hiring, training, and developing team members to spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers. This role offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably six months or more of restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily operations.
• Provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner for guest experience.
• Assist with hiring, training and developing team members.

You will provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner so that guests will have an enjoyable experience every time. You will also assist with hiring, training, and developing team members helping them spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers.

• At least 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably, you have six months or more of restaurant experience
