Job summary

SONIC in Louisiana is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to support daily restaurant operations and guest experience. You’ll help ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety while working with the leadership team to run shift processes smoothly.

You’ll also be involved in hiring and training team members, helping them spark moments of delightful possibility for customers, with opportunities for advancement within the SONIC system.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably, you have six months or more of restaurant experience

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members for delightful customer moments.

You will provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner so that guests will have an enjoyable experience every time. You will also assist with hiring, training, and developing team members helping them spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers.
