Job summary

SONIC in Oak Grove, LA is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager to assist with daily operations, lead team members, and ensure safe, high-quality food and guest experiences.

You will help hire, train, and develop team members, maintain clean and efficient service, and support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager as needed. This on-site role offers weekly pay and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably six months or more of restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members.
