Job summary

SONIC Drive-In is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to support daily operations and leadership in our neighborhood restaurant. You will help the General Manager and Assistant GM run a clean, fast-paced shift, while ensuring quality food and guest satisfaction.

The role involves assisting with hiring, training, and developing team members to spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers. We value flexibility and a strong work ethic in our team.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably, have six months or more of restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members.
