Job summary

SONIC Drive-In is looking for a Restaurant Shift Manager to support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily restaurant operations. You will help ensure quality food, cleanliness, safety, and efficiency to provide guests with an enjoyable experience.

You will also assist with hiring, training, and developing team members, fostering moments of delightful possibility for our customers and the brand. This role is on-site and requires a passion for service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Preferably six months or more of restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Help with hiring, training, and developing team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
