Job summary

Flippers Pizza Co. is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the team day-to-day, working side-by-side with staff and setting a positive example for customers in a fast-paced environment.

Position requires 18+, a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of the Flippers MIT Program, and Serv Safe Manager Certification. You will train team members, uphold food safety standards, manage costs, and contribute to an outstanding dining experience.

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of Flippers Pizzeria MIT Program.
• Serv Safe Manager Certification.
• Self-motivated with a friendly, out-going attitude.
• Effectively able to train and lead all team members.
• Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
