The role requires at least 18 years of age, a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of the MIT program, and a Serv Safe Manager Certification. Strong customer-service and leadership skills are essential.

• Completion of comprehensive Flippers Pizzeria MIT Program.
• Serv Safe Manager Certification.
• Self-motivated with a friendly, out-going attitude.
• Ability to train and lead all team members.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
