Flippers Pizzeria is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the management team in developing restaurant operations and supervising hourly staff to boost sales and profitability while upholding our culture of excellence.

The role requires leading by example on the floor, ensuring tasks are completed, and driving guest satisfaction with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment. Team members will learn and grow under strong mentorship.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Self-motivated with a friendly, out-going attitude.
• Effectively able to train and lead all team members.
• Experience providing excellent customer service with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.

The Opportunity:

Assistant Manager’s primary purpose is to assist the Management team in developing restaurant management and hourly staff to build and increase sales over the previous year and improve profitability, while ensuring employee and guest satisfaction, without compromising the integrity or culture of the concept. The Assistant Manager is required to be working on their feet while clocked in, evaluating what tasks need to be completed, delegating tasks to line crew, and accomplishing their daily goals.
