Job summary

Flippers Pizzeria is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations and deliver a positive experience for both the team and customers. You will work closely with the AGM and GM, training staff and maintaining high standards in food quality, safety, and service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of comprehensive Flippers Pizzeria MIT Program.
• Serv Safe Manager Certification.
• Self-motivated with a friendly, out-going attitude.
• Effectively able to train and lead all team members.
• Has experience providing excellent customer service, with a sense of urgency, in a fast-paced environment.
