Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, communicating with the next Shift Manager, meeting targets, and helping departments meet goals.
