We are seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to lead our team and provide a fast, accurate, and friendly experience for customers. The Shift Manager ensures quality, service, cleanliness, and profitability during each shift.

Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring a fast and friendly experience for customers. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and profitability.

Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including:

• Planning for each shift and monitoring performance during the shift.
• Ensuring the team meets McDonald’s standards and achieving shift targets.
• Monitoring safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicating with the next Shift Manager for a smooth transition.
• Assisting departments in meeting their goals.
