Shift Manager – McDonald’s Corporate Owned Restaurant

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great quality, service, and cleanliness.

Shift Managers perform tasks that include shift planning, monitoring performance, ensuring adherence to McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, communicating with the next Shift Manager, meeting targets, and helping departments achieve goals.

Qualifications
