Job summary

Fulenwider Enterprises is seeking a Shift Manager in Richfield, NC to lead a KFC/Taco Bell team and ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional service.

You will supervise staff, train new teammates, maintain food safety standards, manage cash and inventory, and prepare shift reports to support store performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or fast‑food environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team‑mentoring abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety certification is preferred but not required and can be obtained on the job.
