We’re looking for a proactive leader to manage daily operations, ensure fast, friendly service, and drive quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during each shift.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take actions to meet quality, service and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
• Help assigned departments meet goals and targets.
• Manage food safety, inventory, daily maintenance, scheduling, training, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred – ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
