Shift Manager at McDonald's

We're looking for a Shift Manager to lead our restaurant team and ensure a fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, take corrective action to meet McDonald’s standards, and monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to hand off shift information and help prepare them.
• Assist assigned Departments in meeting their goals.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned restaurants.
• Strong internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, crew management, food production, customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training skills.
