Requirements
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to uphold quality, service, and cleanliness. Responsibilities include planning shifts, monitoring performance, enforcing staff and safety standards, and communicating with the next Shift Manager. Shift Managers may also be expected to meet performance targets and help departments achieve their goals.
Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We seek positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy the famously fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older to serve as a manager in corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
