Job summary

Subway in Ohio is seeking a Shift Lead to help deliver an outstanding guest experience while ensuring food is prepared and served to quality standards. You will keep the restaurant clean, functional, and well organized, with inventory control and team coordination throughout your shift.

The role involves cascading training, scheduling staff, and handling opening/closing duties. A minimum of 1 year in a restaurant is expected, with a HS diploma or equivalent required.

• Able to perform physical tasks and stand/walk throughout shift.

PREREQUISITES

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
