Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing the MIC Success Routine.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Assist the GM with cash handling, inventory, and labor management.
• Handle conflicts constructively and help resolve issues with the GM.

Partnering with the management team, you'll play a key role in business initiatives, helping to shape the future of our restaurant.
