Requirements

Managers lead shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness, monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include meeting targets and supporting departmental goals.
