Join us as a Shift Manager and be part of a team that prioritizes customer satisfaction.

As a member of the management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the shop when the Manager isn't present. You will motivate and engage the team, ensuring they have everything needed to excel.

We serve customers through various channels: in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. You will lead efforts to ensure customers have a fantastic experience, whether they shop in-store or online.

While each shift is unique, a typical shift includes:

1. Inspiring the team to achieve excellent results and uphold high standards
2. Leading by example and providing fast, friendly customer service
3. Preparing products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens
4. Ensuring displays are fully stocked and appealing
5. Maintaining a clean, tidy, and presentable shop environment
