The Shift Manager role is part of a management training program designed to build on your supervisory experience, coaching skills, passion for coffee and tea, and business acumen, all in preparation for managing a store independently. You will learn how to operate a multi-million dollar business, lead a team, and serve as a community meeting place. Our goal is to develop future store managers, and upon successful completion, you will have the opportunity to become a leader in our organization.

Using a combination of online learning, classroom training, and hands-on mentorship, you will learn how to:

Summary of Experience:

  • One year of retail/customer service management experience (preferred) or four or more years of U.S. Military service.
  • At least one year supervising others, with skills in team-building and coaching.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-focused environment.
