Position Overview

The Shift Manager oversees daily restaurant management, delegates tasks, supervises staff, and resolves issues on the job. The role requires providing excellent customer service and supporting franchise partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage each shift, addressing issues like tardy employees, customer complaints, and food delivery.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction during visits.
• Complete daily paperwork, including shift inventories and other documents to ensure profitability.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Enforce brand standards, policies, and procedures.
• Represent the company professionally, treating all employees with dignity and respect.
• Train staff on POS systems, back-of-house operations, customer service, and positional duties as needed.

Qualifications
