Job summary

Pollo Campero in Lancaster, CA is seeking a Shift Manager to train, develop and lead crew members and coordinate end-to-end operations to ensure an exceptional Customer Experience.

Responsibilities include shift planning, problem resolution, assisting the General Manager and maintaining high sanitation and safety standards. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred; applicants must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in similar roles or with customer experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership potential by actively supporting team dynamics.
• Committed to guest satisfaction, upholding a guest-first mindset in all interactions.
• Preferred: Food Handlers Card/ ServSafe Certification.
• Fluent in English & Spanish.
