Job summary

Pollo Campero in West New York, NJ is seeking a Shift Manager to train, develop and lead the crew and ensure a smooth end to end operation to provide an exceptional Customer Experience.

You will plan shift duties, coach the team, support the General Manager, supervise training, handle customer issues, and help with inventory and staffing while maintaining sanitation and safety standards. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in similar roles or with customer experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership potential by actively supporting team dynamics.
• Committed to guest satisfaction, upholding a guest-first mindset in all interactions.
• Preferred: Food Handlers Card/ ServSafe Certification
