This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee owns a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. The franchisee is a separate employer and is responsible for all employment matters.

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality service and cleanliness.

Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring standards, monitoring safety and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping assigned departments meet their goals.
