SONIC is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and to help deliver a fast, clean, and friendly guest experience. You will play a key role in hiring, training, and developing team members to spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Preferably six months or more of restaurant experience.

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure quality food is prepared and served in a clean, safe, and efficient environment for a great guest experience.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members to spark moments of delightful possibility for customers.

You will provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner so that guests will have an enjoyable experience every time. You will also assist with hiring, training, and developing team members helping them spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers.

• At least 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably, you have six months or more of restaurant experience
