Job summary

Sonic Drive-In is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager to support daily operations and guest satisfaction in our Atlanta-area location. You will help with hiring, training, and developing team members while ensuring quality food served in a clean and safe setting.

Ideal candidates will be at least 18, eligible to work in the U.S., and have restaurant experience. We encourage applicants from all backgrounds to join our team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably six months or more of restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient environment for guests.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members to spark delightful possibilities for customers.

You will provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner so that guests will have an enjoyable experience every time. You will also assist with hiring, training, and developing team members helping them spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers.
