Job summary

SONIC is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager in Chattanooga to support the daily operations alongside the General Manager and Assistant General Manager. You’ll ensure quality food, a clean and safe environment, and a smooth guest experience while assisting with hiring, training, and developing team members to spark moments of delightful possibility.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, eligible to work in the U.S., and ideally have 6 months of restaurant experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Preferably six months or more of restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure quality food, a clean and safe environment, and a great guest experience.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members to spark moments of delightful possibilities.
• Support staffing, training, and development initiatives to drive performance.

As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing the daily operations of the restaurant. You will provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner so that guests will have an enjoyable experience every time. You will also assist with hiring, training, and developing team members helping them spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers.

• At least 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably, you have six months or more of restaurant experience
