Job summary

SONIC is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality food, cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. You will help hire, train, and develop team members to spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers.

This on-site role offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, meal discounts, extensive training, advancement opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably, six months or more of restaurant experience

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing the daily operations of the restaurant.
• Provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner so guests have an enjoyable experience.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members to spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers.
