SONIC is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager to help lead daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager. You’ll focus on delivering quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient environment while guiding team members to create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably 6 months or more of restaurant experience

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing the daily operations of the restaurant.
• Provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner so that guests have an enjoyable experience every time.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members to spark moments of delightful possibility for customers.

• At least 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably, you have six months or more of restaurant experience
