Now Hiring Full-Time Shift Manager – Competitive Pay

This position is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and is not directly affiliated with McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is the employer and is responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, discipline, scheduling, and staffing. McDonald’s USA has no control over employment decisions at this restaurant.

Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Shift Managers perform tasks such as:

• Planning for each shift
• Monitoring performance during the shift
• Ensuring the team meets McDonald’s standards
• Monitoring safety, security, and profitability
• Communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift
• Helping departments meet their goals
• Meeting shift targets and supporting departmental objectives

Qualifications
