McDonald’s restaurant in Spartanburg, SC, owned and operated by an independent franchisee, is hiring a Shift Manager to lead shifts weekly. You will supervise crew and other managers to ensure quality, service, safety, and a clean, friendly guest experience.

Responsibilities include planning each shift, monitoring performance, meeting standards, controlling safety and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.

Qualifications

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers perform tasks such as planning each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet standards, monitoring safety, security, profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping assigned departments meet goals.

Qualifications

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
