Job summary

Flippers Pizza Co. is seeking a Shift Manager to assist in day-to-day operations and lead the team by example in a fast-paced setting in Davenport, FL.

You will train staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold product quality while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. This role offers training and advancement opportunities along with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of comprehensive Flippers Pizzeria MIT Program.
• Serv Safe Manager Certification.
• Self-motivated with a friendly, out-going attitude.
• Effectively able to train and lead all team members.
• Has experience providing excellent customer service, with a sense of urgency, in a fast-paced environment.

• Cost Controller: Setting pars for food, beverage, paper, and eliminating waste/pilferage.
