Job summary

McDonald’s franchise in Enid, Oklahoma is seeking a restaurant shift manager to lead teams and ensure fast, friendly service. You will supervise crew and other managers, plan shifts, monitor performance, and uphold McDonald’s standards for quality, safety, cleanliness, and guest experience.

This on-site role requires a flexible schedule and strong leadership; experience in fast-food or hospitality is preferred, with benefits including competitive pay and access to Archways to Opportunity

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

• Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, crew, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training.
